Hi Group, seems like it should be basic format, but I just can not get it to work. a list of data and want to alternate shade (blue,white,blue,etc) each line but if I have multiple lines I want to group together and they all shade the same. I want to group by the same data in column A, and the number of rows that are the same could vary. Has anyone transitioned from traditional to a digital role? How did you go about adjusting? I'm in print looking for a new opportunity to expand to digital. I'm not sure where to start.

I’v been in digital marketing for almost 5 years. I want to switch to marketing operations or research, because I find I’m better at and more interested in market research, audience research than keyword research or writing ad copies. I applied for some marketing research and operations roles, but no luck.

I understand I don’t have enough direct experience and platform experience, like Nielsen.
