What is the CTC of Item data analyst Target India?

I've been working at my company just over a year and am still waiting on my 1 year review where a raise was to be discussed (other EA got raise at 1 year review and most raises happen at yearly reviews). However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark). I'm having a lot of trouble pinning my manager down for my annual review to even discuss my performance, let alone the raise. Feeling the undervalued (and now underpaid):

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. I feel like it gave the impression that I don’t know what I’m doing. Any suggestion how I can recover from this?

I have got an offer from Deloitte for 14LPA as a consultant. But my current organisation is trying to retain me by giving me a raise and promoting me to SSE with 11 LPA they have also promised to give me more interesting work according to my will. For now I have said yes to my current organisation. What should I do? Was this a correct decision?

I found out a soon to be 2nd year associate got a 10k raise making his salary 110k now, while I, the soon to be 3rd year associate got a 2k raise making my salary 107k. So now the 2nd year male associate is making more money than me. How do I bring this up to the partners?

When do you switch from first-year to second-year at your firm in terms of salary - at the end of the firm’s fiscal year or January 1? For context, my firm’s fiscal year ends in November and the annual billing requirements restart then.

I have three offers
1. Jio -9.5 lpa fixed + 1lpa vp + 1lpa jb
2. Evc Ventures - 11 fixed +3.5lpa vp
3. Unified Cloud -11.5fixed

No 2 and 3 is not MNC.
My LWD is Aug end.
May I know if I can negotiate with jio for counter offer ?

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. I think I may have made a huge mistake today. My skip level director sent out an email about something and asked us for feedback. I sent back a note and provided some. One of the things I said was that our job satisfaction might be improved if we could do more of X kind of work instead of Y kind of work that we do so much of in our group. The next thing I know, I get a ping from his EA to set up time for me to chat with him and my director tomorrow. I am getting in trouble tomorrow, right?
