What is the current S1 FDD salary at Grant Thornton in LCOL/MCOL? I have an opportunity to go from cmaas at pwc to fdd, which is what I really want to do, but cmaas is paying s1s in lcol 107k and I get the feeling GT can’t come close.

I got offer of 148+ ,10k bonus from deloitte on sc role.I am currently on h1b.. currently on 102k and there will be increase in salary for us this year and some bonus.. I was not actively looking but now confused should I join.. looking work culture etc. Need suggestions.. thanks
