Unless the fed throws a curve ball in their remaining meetings, the remainder of rate hikes have already been baked into mortgage rates currently being offered.

I work as in house counsel, and a lot of the employees are not qualified for their position and don’t understand legal/compliance even though they’ve been trained and should be competent enough to understand.
