What is the decision-making process like after MBB (more specifically in BCG and Bain) final round interviews? Can one or two partners overrule another or advocate for you strongly to sway another person’s opinion? Completed my interviews and feel like I did stronger in one than in the other and nervous about hearing back lol

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

I got a job offer as a Safety Compliance Specialist with a focus on Operations/Process Safety. It’s a regional role, so I will manage over a few facilities in my given region. I negotiated my salary at 80k + $600 monthly car allowance + 8-10% annual bonus. I have 7 YOE in Operations & QA/QC in the Oil & Gas sector. One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

How technical are you expected to be at IBM in the Salesforce practice? For context, I used to work at Deloitte and almost no one had any technical knowledge and their main responsibility was management and requirements gathering
