What is the future scope of UI UX designer?
Can I see my career on UI UX I am 25 years old..?

Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

I am 25 years old. Worked as a Tax consultant in International tax for a year. Later shifted to VAT and worked there for another year. Now I am thinking to join M&A. I am an AE moving to a PM role at my agency.

Since I will have the PM title, what is the roadmap for moving to FAANG (or similar) or SaaS digital end to end dev/implementation companies as a Technical PM/Senior PM/Program Manager?

I have 5 YOE in Account Management, 2+ of which are in heavy digital working with Dev, Digital PMs, and client tech/implementation teams.

1) Trying to Benchmark what the going rates are in Dublin/London for similar experience. Current package is 120 OTE @ 70/30 split.
