interviewed last week and just heard back. For a capital markets role in a big Canadian bank, for later rounds that are considered ‘Fit’ what does that mean and what can be expected? First round was primarily understanding the role and typical behavioral questions

I have my 3rd out of 4 interviews today for an internal transfer. This position wouldn’t be a promotion but rather a lateral move. 4 interviews? That’s more than an outside hire, the whole reason I’m being considered is my unique value I’ll be bringing to that department.

P.s my final interview is with my current manager who is NOT in charge of the new department… he also told me he didn’t think I was ready for the change when I initially told him I was making a move. Let’s see how it goes!
