What is the range of salary at Amazon India for the role of Data Engineer(L4 and L5)?

I have an offer from TCS which is offering 35 LPA. However the variable component is around 7LPA. I want to know does TCS pay variable 100% or they deduct a considerable amount from variable.
Also is it worth joining TCS?

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.
