What is the salary of a Senior Consultant (post MBA) at Deloitte?

have 3.1 years of experience and recently I have cleared the interview with Infosys for React developer position. However I have got the offer letter with the designation of senior associate consultant. Is this normal?

When did you receive your signing bonus?

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?
