I already have an offer of 31 LPA (28 fixed + 3 variable) from Genpact.

Getting ready to leave my role - looking for community ops, comm ops, member support, account management - anything in those customer facing roles that is paying minimum 75k. Remote preferred, based in Chicago. Background in freight/logistics and healthcare.
