I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

Big4. It’s easier to go smaller, it’s not as easy to go bigger
I would say go for the smaller firm. I think it would be so much easier to get a job there than with the Big4.
Big4 generally starts at $70 - $80k base for a tax associate (depending on COL / practice).
I’d recommend starting at the Big 4 - options are limitless in comparison to smaller shops.
You can start with the smaller firm for now. After getting some experience under your belt you can start applying to the Big4. Turning down the offer waiting for one from the big4 might leave you in a weird position.
Go grab the offer from big4. That's a good start. You can always switch companies later on.
