Does anyone know about TE-DL Data Platforms Team/Project in KGS. My joining date is 11th April and I will be part of this team.

I have been interviewing with OW for about 5 months. Started interviews in late December, finished in March and now waiting on an offer. They said they were going to extend but it’s been weeks where they are “finishing up there offer”. Any insights into what’s going on? I’ve let them know I have a competing offer and they all but ghosted me.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

How much emphasis do you put on the company culture before accepting the offer?
I have an offer with 30% pay increase and will offer me a D role in publicly traded company (IPO in 2020), but I have read very polarized reviews on glassdoor (e.g., micro manage, yes sir mentality, long hours, unstructred)

Also, their benefits are not very attractive (e.g., 2 week paternity, 3.5% 401k match, unlimited vaca -- which means you have to take permission and have to feel guilty if you take off longer)

Hi! I work for an Interior Designer in DC, it is just the two of us in the company.On paper, I’m an independent contractor, but in reality they are my boss. Recently, they said they wanted a conversation about me being salaried employee and it’ll come with an increase in pay. I currently make 48k. I don’t have a job description. SSYS would be a 6x return just to get back to ATH, and has been flat for 5 years. It’s currently at the low end of that range. That tells me that the risk is low compared to the potential/likely reward over enough time. Using this kind of strategy was successful for me with crypto. What do folks think here?
