I focus on various fruits. Apple slices, an orange, a banana, a few cubes or melon (in season). If I don't have any fruit around, I take a scoop of mixed nuts with me for my snack.
Pro
I'm allergic to tree nuts but this is a goto snack for many. I also appreciate yogurt w nutfree granola mixed in and a few chocolate chips… is it obvious I have a sweet tooth?
