I recently cleared all rounds of interview for Mindtree and waiting for the offer letter. However, since Mindtree has been recently acquired by LTI, is there any layoff expected to happen in Mindtree?

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I have received offer letter from Credit Suisse. But joining date seems to quite late.
There is gap of 20 days between my lwd and their joining date.

Should I be concerned about something?

I want to transfer my pf but my LWD isn't updated by my last company, now when I'm trying to do it online, it's showing the month of last contribution which is Jan but I left company in Dec so isn't there any way of updating Dec date, pls help🙏

After graduating I am in home since 5 months , and today got a offer with 1.5 year bond 2.4 LPA package and java developer role in small bootstrap company of only 15 employees, not even giving laptop.

So should I join the company or wait more and get better offers from better companies.
Considering the current recession scenario in mind.

I guess 2cr doesn't get you shit in metro cities these days. So what's your number, realistically. 4 cr, 5 cr, 7.5 cr($1mill) or you wouldn't think of retiring untill 60, irrespective of your bank balance?
I know there will be a lot of variables, like dependants etc. but I'm trying to gauge what the range is for most people.
