I love the Great Depression and WWII units- I have so many fun simulations and hands on activities and the kids just are generally already more engaged in those topics. I also enjoy the Cold War era topics.

I have taught myself both and can carry a tune but have found myself hitting a wall from lack of music theory or technical knowledge and would love to be able to just jam a bit more as opposed to looking up chords of songs I like.

SO and myself want to take up Spanish lessons. Any recommendations? We've tried Duolingo and such, but we need something more regimented and helps us actually converse fluently in this language. Onsite classes seem to be totally unavailable these days, but would like to hear experiences around onsite versus online, etc.
