A pwc recruiter called me out of the blue to ask for my resumé and to set up interviews for a SA role that apparently needs to get staffed asap- I’ve been at Accenture for almost 3 years already and I just started a new project but agreed to interview anyway…what should I expect for a technical interview for a customer marketing role?
@Creatives, Is your agency hiring senior-CD level creatives? Wondering if agencies are bringing in new people? Or just expecting staffers to make due.
Was approached by Accenture for a principal role. Any insight on comp? Base/total. Glassdoor gives a pretty wide range of 183-268 base...

Microsoft fish. I just got an offer for a technical specialist role (sales). Salary is 145k, with a 30% bonus and 50k RSU. Is this standard? Forgot to ask the recruiter what level but I believe it’s 61-63. I’m shocked there wasn’t a cash bonus if I’m being offer

About to start a new job but have a pre-planned 2.5 week vacation for end on September. Feeling a bit uneasy about taking such a long break so early into a new position.... will they think I’m lazy and immediately get a red flag? I know it’s long but I haven’t taken vaca all year!

How is pay at AWS for architect role?
Got an informal offer to join a client (manufacturing company). 240k base, 60k cash bonus target (can shrink or double depending on company metrics) + 50k annual equity (3 yr rolling vesting). Director level which has just one additional layer between me and the Exec Committee. My contact already internal negotiated extra vacation and is working on my behalf for a signing bonus. Is it worth trying to negotiate base? Or is this already a strong offer?

What does the title “client partner” mean — seen mostly in WITCH. Is this junior partner type role/ responsibility/ comp? Similar to Principal/ Senior Director/ Associate Partner?
Hi I am having some trouble on choosing between Deloitte and PwC for a 2022 winter internship. Some pros for Deloitte include being the largest firm, and the promotion to senior being 2 years opposed to 3 at PwC. Additionally, Deloitte offers a pension and has Deloitte university. The pros of PwC include a gym in the office and a younger work force. They also give me much less of a “corporate” feel and seem to offer more flexibility. I’m wondering if anyone could give me any advice on deciding?
I left the US last year and now I'm thinking about going back there.. I used only 2.5 years of my H1B. What are my chances of getting a job in the US while I am physically not present in there? How should I communicate that "I'm not on h1b right now but I'm eligible for transfer" to recruiters ? Would appreciate any advice

President COVID is so sick he is doing proof of life videos in front of a green screen rather than walk 100 feet out his own front door.
I recently took extended time off, which was my first multiday vacation since January. I quickly realized that I had been compartmentalizing my humanity and emotion since January in order to manage workload in the COVID environment. It felt amazing to disconnect from work and regain a feeling of humanity and life. How do others avoid falling into this trap?
Why can't American Airlines better predict delayed departure times? They changed my flight time forward 90mins, back to on-time, forward an hour, told me it was in air, then cancelled. #frustrated
