What might this mean?

I applied for a role and was rejected a week later. I revamped my resume and applied to a practically identical role, this time reaching out to the recruiter via LinkedIn regarding my interest in the role. Though I received no response, she did view my LinkedIn profile (one week ago).

Three weeks later, my application still shows active but the role has been reposted 3 times, while the first role I applied to was reposted as well.

Any thoughts? Should I gently follow up?

Got offered a pharma/healthcare role (currently work consumer side). 15% more than current role, lateral move, remote for now of course. Not sure if I should take the offer or not, given I have no experience in pharma & health. I said I would sleep on it. Advice?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. I got rejected for an interview from Big 4 NY Audit, even had referrals from Manager + level people. 3 years w/ audit senior at mid size firm, 2 years fed tax at big 4, and 1.5 years Internal Audit healthcare. Currently self employed for a year to work on investing. Do I literally need a partner level referral to get back into Audit? I thought there was an accountant shortage.
