Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

We use Slack and I love it. We are a growth from Slack for business so I get your pain. I love Slack and a lot of our partners/vendors use it to so it’s nice to have the outside people I can easily slack with to when we need to get work done.
Wow, awesome you can also reach externals on it. It’s pretty much impossible with our Teams setup (not to mention file sharing..) but I think that’s more my company’s own solution 😛
We use a Microsoft teams at my current company. Used to use Slack at most of my past companies and I absolutely hated it. Slack gave me anxiety but maybe it was just the way people used it .
Oh wow, I’m the opposite-Teams is triggering for me

Slack here - it’s the best all around internal communication management app in my opinion
Most companies I've worked for have used Slack. Current company uses SharePoint.

We are a Microsoft enterprise customer, so we use Teams and all the Microsoft services / products. Teams navigation is funky at times but overall I like it
Same here, all things Microsoft. I just find it hard to get my coworkers to be active in channels, for example, so it never really feels like informal chat.
We use Slack which I love because you separate conversations into channels and the conversations aren't all over the place. The only thing that I dislike is that it doesn't always send me notifications when I have a new message. I have to check the app every couple of hours to make sure I don't miss anything.
Meanwhile me, getting all kinds of Teams notifications (the banner thing flashes and won’t stop flashing, ever) despite thinking I’ve turned everything off 😅
I love love love Slack, everything from its emoji reactions to how different it is from Teams. I come from a Teams background and I can’t imagine going back ☠️
Haha honestly it’s the little things
Before we started using Teams, I think that we just used plain old-fashioned emails. I'm happy that that method of communication is gone. It was extremely confusing.
