What salary should I expect for assistant manager in consulting at Grant Thornton?

Currently I have 6.5 years of experience, completed 2 years in current organisation and I got very good hike also (after hike CTC is 24 LPA )
And my manager got changed also but I am frustrated with my new Manager.
should i start preparing for next/better Company like Amazon, Microsoft ?

Timing has become my biggest issue rn. My pace is completely off, for Quant my latest score was 44 but I had a whopping 14 mins left at the end. I find myself rushing through and making silly mistakes. Anyone have advice on how to slow, focus more, yet not take too much time?

Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners. But it seems like a lot of businesses see this as a waste of time, even adding services and cutting costs. I guess either I’m looking for advice or considering not doing this anymore.
