Already have patients asking about strategic self-infection - god I hope people don't start trying to get this thing
How do you all decide what beer you want to order at a bar? Due to my lack of experience, I often feel like I just pick the one with an interesting title, but I know absolutely nothing about how it'll taste or whether the flavor is something I'll enjoy. So what are hallmarks and flavor notes of each beer type, how do I identify them on a menu, and how do you decide the beer you want without descriptions — whether you're at a bar with a handful of options or at a beer garden with 100s of choices?
Letters are out I got mine. Check it fishes .
Is it normal for your boss to still ask you about accounts and logins two months after quitting? Where everything was kept on 1pass!
However the person they hired in my place didn’t do handover at all with me, like not even one question!
Do I have to answer them, they’re actually annoying me with the back and forth questions!

Has anyone living in Jersey city used a pediatrician in NYC?
The facility and individual practitioner reviews seem far superior to the ones in Jersey city. Also not a car owner, so will have to uber to either place. Going to NYC involves tunnel which might be a disadvantage.
Any thoughts/inputs will be helpful
I hate my boss with a burning passion. He is condescending, arrogant, and demeaning. I made the decision this week that I will no longer work with him and am taking active steps to transfer within my department so that I no longer have to work with him. I feel so relieved knowing that I have a plan in place. I am also proud of myself for not allowing myself to be abused by him.

Family office and FoF exits: What are these typically? I’m not too interested about breaking into direct investing, but would like the optionality of working in corporate strategy afterwards.

Any books or online courses you would suggest that cover data science solutions for supply chain?
Was trucking my load across statelines, as one usually does. Turns out the new guy sitting next to me was never properly trained on how to secure said load inside the truck. Now we're trying to put everything back in it's place and it's so annoying. I don't blame him but still.
Can anyone help me land a supply chain role with Northrop Grumman in Philly or MD? I have applied for about 60 positions now, some referrals some not, and have not landed an interview. I am beginning to believe my experience just isn't good enough. If anyone is willing to provide a referral, advocate by making a connection to an actual hiring manager, or even just examine my work experience and point me toward the roles to apply for, I would truly appreciate it. Thanks and Happy Holidays.

Hello, looking for a bit of advice. I have applied to about 30 positions in the last two weeks and have not gotten any interviews. I have 7 years of military supply chain experience, plus a year and a half outside of the military. I am an inventory control manager currently, and have applied to positions like demand planner, supply chain manager, supply planner, and other manager positions. Any advice on how to correct my job search?

I worked at two different food delivery companies with nearly polarized cultures. One was transparent and collaborative, allowing ideas to come from anywhere in the organization. The other was very secretive, and you could only focus on what you were assigned to do. In your opinion, what defines a great company culture?

I’m a junior full-stack developer. What job titles should I be looking at where I can use my skills?
As much as logistics spans the globe, let's face it, it's still a male-dominated world, especially at the managerial and operational levels. How is the company you work for addressing this?
It's incredible how our racist af retail manager has managed to keep a job. HR is aware of this, but nothing has been done to fix this. Anyone else dealing with such mess?

Well.. it depends on how indispensable you are at the company. Only advice for 2023 would be to be careful with the discussion (don't push it too much if you'd rather have a job without a raise) given the state of the current job market - but no harm in asking!
Where are you located? ETA I’m dumb. ETA I’d say 70K if it’s a decent sized facility.
I’m in Midwest , making 73k same field but not management , yours seems low .
As an OM in the greater Memphis area, my IC peers made 85k. That was 2-3 years ago tho
I would say that seems a little low. I would say you should be closer to the $70k mark
Supervisor for Inventory Control at Tractor Supply, about 2 years managerial experience in Maryland is 77,000... Annual stocks of 3,500 and 6% bonus
It depends also on the company size. But I have to agree with the other comments that your base seems low. You should be making between $70k-$95k.
Seems low. My friends within your area are making at least $70-$75k. Do you have your performance review with you? You can use that to convince your director.
