I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? If it is true, my second question is what companies out there have the pay, benefits, and perks like FAANG? My last question is if it is as difficult to get into those companies? Well.. it depends on how indispensable you are at the company. Only advice for 2023 would be to be careful with the discussion (don't push it too much if you'd rather have a job without a raise) given the state of the current job market - but no harm in asking!
Good luck!
Where are you located? ETA I’m dumb. ETA I’d say 70K if it’s a decent sized facility.
I’m in Midwest , making 73k same field but not management , yours seems low .

As an OM in the greater Memphis area, my IC peers made 85k. That was 2-3 years ago tho
I would say that seems a little low. I would say you should be closer to the $70k mark
Supervisor for Inventory Control at Tractor Supply, about 2 years managerial experience in Maryland is 77,000... Annual stocks of 3,500 and 6% bonus
It depends also on the company size. But I have to agree with the other comments that your base seems low. You should be making between $70k-$95k.
Seems low. My friends within your area are making at least $70-$75k. Do you have your performance review with you? You can use that to convince your director.
