Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .
Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

Depends on the role - M&A I would assume P&L build plus accretion / dilution, lev fin would be an LBO, generalist - DCF and easy LBO
Yup. If not, throw in 10% and some sensitivities.
What would easy LBO consist of? It's a generalist role at a regional boutique. Would full PPA and DTA/DTL be included? Or just income statement and CF?
No, definitely not. It would be sources / uses, simple P&L, cash flow, and one debt tranche with 100% cash sweep. No PPA and DTA (although never hurts to build in and just do no PPE allocation since it takes under 2 minutes)
And for the DCF the WACC calculations and comps would be a given right?
For a regional boutique they will not give you M&A accretion / dilution, because you won’t be working with public companies. You probably won’t get an LBO either. You will likely build and forecast a three statement model, with a depreciation schedule, then build a DCF with assumptions they give you for CAPM and WACC
Damn really? I'd rather do the simple LBO described above tbh. That seems like a lot for one hour...
