Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Is this too much to ask or is this what someone at my current level would get paid at PwC. Please let me know!!!! PwC PwC India Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI

I don’t really use software for it. I just have a small safety net on top of what my monthly bills are and then part of the excess every month goes into HYSA, bonds, and VOO.

Quicken-after Mint went away. I also do a separate Excel budget/net worth tracker since Quicken doesn’t play nicely with all investment options.

For long term, I use the tools our financial planner has. For short term I'm probably overboard but I've budgeted out for every paycheck what is left over after savings and standing expenses (daycare, cell, insurance, etc) and allocate that to 'free spending'. I track savings via Excel and paper pencil track what I spend each week against the 'free spending' I have. Anything left over I save to splurge on something at the end of year
I use QuickBooks Online for business and Every Dollar for personal.
