How do you help your students stay passionate for STEM subjects when they seem less interesting to them? I know this is diverse for all of us, just looking to crowdsource ideas. It seems attention spans these days just keep getting shorter!

Looking for some insights on compensation range (base and bonus) for 3rd year Manager in Deloitte US, Customer Strategy and Applied Design practice (C&M). Would location influence the pay (for example New York vs So Cal)? Hello! I work in change management and am assigned to an IT POM transformation. I’m still in my fact finding/change readiness analysis phase, but struggling with the senior leadership team. Does anyone have any lesson learned or best practices in eliciting feed back from senior leaders? think SVP and above? I thought about focus groups, but their time is limited. Also, survey response rate tends to be low for these guys. Any ideas???

I will complete my Masters in Information Systems from Georgia State University this fall. Banking on my prior work experience of 5.5 years in SuccessFactors implementation (Deloitte USI), I am targeting similar kind of roles at Deloitte and PwC.
Interviewed with Deloitte for SCon position but the offer has not been released yet. PwC interview is scheduled next week.

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

Looking to transition into an HR leadership position. 17+ years experience in running a startup managing 50-100 people (15 years) and handled all facets of hiring, firing, compensation, negotiation, training and employee relations. Responsibilities also include other non HR functions such as business dev., client relations and expansion, logistics. Currently studying for the SPHR and plan to take the GPHR as well. Thoughts on difficulty of moving into an HR leadership role?
