Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Depends where you interview. I interviewed at big4 with no technical questions and I also interviewed at midsize with a bunch of technical questions :-/
Interviewed as an experienced Senior. Zero technical questions.
I am staff, but did not have any technical. Sr mgr told me that when they interview they look more to see if youre someone that they would want to work with daily, with assumption you must have been good enough to pass initial screenings. Good luck!
I'm interviewing with your firm actually. Phone interview with a partner. How likely the partner ask me about technical stuff? And What technical questions mid tier asked you?
Completely depends on the interviewer. I work with 2 directors on the sane team. One asks technical questions and they people he hires are usually failures. One doesn’t ask any technical questions and just spends the time chatting and getting to know the candidate and the people he hires are usually really great
At the senior level, I wouldn’t ask technical questions. I’d ask more about the types of work the person had been doing and spend some time trying to gage personality fit.
Thank you all!!!
Can’t tell u about here. Mid tier asked about apportionment, nexus, some common m-1 for a supervisor role
