Hi fishes,I have around 5.2 yrs of hands on exp in data engg. and able to clear service based companies interviews easily. Now I want to switch to product based companies as I am looking for some good work, good salary but I am not really strong in dsa as it's not part of my daily work.I don't really use trees and graphs as part of my daily work.
How shall I switch to product based companies considering DSA is their 1st round itself.what level of DSA can I expect from companies for data engineer position?

Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

Your group or just certain folks in your group? No partners in your group working on more interesting work?
My entire group, we do have a separate US tax team but as a regional office it's quite heavy on the compliance side. I recognise I may need to take a step back since I'm already a manager unless I do additional study such as MST or LLM
Trying to understand…you are in M&A, and your projects are coordinating teams in other jurisdictions? So for example, your client is doing post acquisition restructuring of entities in NL and UK, and you are the US team responsible for making sure everyone is coordinated and delivers to the client?
Yes that's correct, another example would be where our client is selling or buying a group of companies with subsidiaries in multiple jurisdictions and I would have to co-ordinate with the various overseas offices as part of the tax DD process.
