2. what is the role of Application development specialist in accenture? will there be any team under me? or I'll have to do task alone?

I’m currently a quality control analyst in the biopharma/gene therapy field making 72k base in the Houston area. I’ve been working here for 2 years and my company is well established and the job is easy, but I honestly just want higher pay. I see companies (smaller and larger) that potentially can give me that but would it be worth it? I’m mid 30s F. Recently started seeing this guy, where he is “good enough”.
