Did I lose my chances at BCG north America by giving a preference for middle east?

Recently applied to consultant at BCG with Canada offices as first and second preference and middle east as third (with a 15% interest).

Recently got an interview invite for middle east but nothing for Canada. I'd love to work for BCG but I'd love to be able to do so in Canada. Where do I go from here? Can I request HR to change office or would that make it seem like I'm not interested?

Had applied to Deloitte and got an email saying they are inviting me for an interview. I tried reaching out to the recruiter in the email but haven't heard back despite following up several times.
