What tiny things help you get through the week when you're super burnt out?

I had a breakdown on Saturday at my second job (youth group advisor). My parents had to come pick me up, at age 35. I couldn't deal with people being nice to me -- my job is just so frustrating.

I got offer from HCL for the position of Lead consultant with(23.49 fixed + 3.51 variable). I have 8 yrs of experience. I want to know if this position is same as Team/Tech Lead ? As in my current organization I am working as Team Lead. And also how is job security and work life balance in HCL?

What types of work accommodations can help people with ADHD? I am starting to believe 35+ of having not managed my ADHD has really negatively impacted me in career growth etc. I'm realizing a lot of things about myself are because of the ADHD. I want better for myself and family but 1. I don't enjoy the same things forever 2. Imposter syndrome and RSD make me believe it's acceptable to start over in new places at low salaries. 3. My boss assigns projects with unclear expectations and provides no guidance on how to achieve them.

I've asked for help, and, to avoid a long post, she expects me to figure it out. Perhaps you go through this too, but when I don't have a clear guide on completing big projects, it paralyzes me because I don't know where to start. On top of that, I have anxiety, so "it has to be perfect".

Received an offer from EY 21 fixed + 3.5 variable+ 1 JB.. as variable % is little higher do we really get this amount in yearly payout if so how much amount we get from variable ?

Anyone here work 2 fulltime jobs? I barely work for less than 10 hours a week at my current job (except for like 2.5 months when it gets really busy). I just got an offer for a new job that I accepted. I had my performance review today which went pretty well and I’m thinking to keep my current job as it barely requires any work.
