I need help in making a decision.

I have 2 offers. One is from The Boeing Company and the other one from Deloitte. I got 100% hike from Boeing and the role is better, so I accepted it.

I told Deloitte the truth that I have accepted another offer, but they are asking me to reconsider. Deloitte told me they will match the offer. I also felt that they are in position to offer something significantly higher.

I would appreciate suggestions on how to tackle this situation.

With 2.4 years experience in Big Data domain with AWS native. Getting 8.3 fixed + 10% variable with Deloitte where current CTC is 4.75. Have offers from other MNC like Accenture /IBM of 10 fixed. I have put down my papers back in Feb 1st week at TechM. Post that I already discussion with BHR and my RM.
Till date I have only received the email from PACE HR about confirmation of submission of resignation.
What additional things I have to keep a track prior my exit. And is there any acceptance letter that manager provides and what about the Relieving and Last working day email.
