I am leaving JP Morgan next month and have resigned before completing of my 1 year with the firm but technically my year will be completed next month before notice period. The laptop allowance and the relocation allowances will it be recovered from me during my exit??

In advertising, a “Big Idea” is a powerful, overarching concept that drives a campaign and resonates with audiences on an emotional or cultural level. It typically transcends specific products and taps into deeper values or desires.
Nike – “Just Do It”
Big Idea: Empowerment and achievement through athleticism
Apple – “Think Different”
Big Idea: Celebrating creativity, innovation, and those who challenge the status quo.
Dove – “Real Beauty”
Big Idea: Challenging traditional beauty standards and promoting body positivity.
De Beers – “A Diamond is Forever”
Big Idea: Eternal love and commitment symbolized by diamonds.
You get the idea. You can think of many other samples.
A simple idea that requires no explanation; it has social /cultural resonance; when you see it you get that gut feeling: you just KNOW it’s brilliant.
Authenticity with a side of TikTok flair. Less "buy this" and more "let's vibe together." Real stories and relatable moments versus glossy overproduced perfection. Turning ads into experiences that consumers want to share.
