a pen, pad of paper, & a status sheet / timelines ?
I use one note. It conveniently has check boxes you can insert and font/highlight preferences for the genre of your task. You can also grid line it
I don’t use a template! I created a new section in One Note for my to do list and I create a new page within that section for every week (for example, this week’s page was W/O 9/4). In each week’s page, I write out Monday-Friday and list my to do’s underneath with To Do tags. You could create sections on your to do list based on projects, businesses you work on, clients you work with, etc. Whatever scratches your brain itch!
I like Asana
I swear by the Dailee Planner (https://the-dailee.com/products/23-24-daily-planner). It has an hourly schedule we’re I can write down all my meetings for the day and a to do list for me to write down everything I need to do. I highlight each task as I finish it, mark next to it how many times I reviewed, and can make any notes on it. Then I just copy over anything not done from the day prior to the next days list and continue adding to it. Having it on paper next to me all day helps keep me organized because I can just turn and jot notes or new to dos down quickly throughout the day
Sold out, but keeping an eye out. Thanks!
What are you currently using and how long and complex are the items on your to-do lists?
A lot of client approvals, questions to answer, and follow ups for information
Paper and pen always
I use a combination of tools to track my to-do list. I use Trello for my larger projects, and I use Google Tasks for my smaller tasks. I also use a physical planner to keep track of my appointments and deadlines.
