Only place they make a difference is international. If you’re not traveling international, I would put it close to $0. You’ll usually need to go out of your way to use them domestically and even then, they’re mediocre at best.
Yes, several cards have restaurants but not OP’s card and not any American Express cards

You normally do not want to upgrade your card- the SUBs on a new card are normally way better than an upgrade offer and depending on the card you may only be able to get a bonus once - make sure to look at your terms
Oh good call I assumed I couldn’t have both cards but it’s a Hilton Amex and they’re considered separate products

Depends on where you mostly fly to and if there are lounges there
There is a PP lounge in T5 but it's abysmal so if ORD is the only airport you fly to with PP lounge then I put the value at $0
This is so individualized based on 1) where you plan on flying to/from and 2) how frequent you will be flying. I also call ORD home and don’t put any value on PP. It is a nice to have but I would not value them more than $10-$25 (basically saving me a small meal or couple drinks at the airport) for the times I do use it.
Yeah that’s the question I was asking. I fly around 2-3 times per month but never to consistent places
Thanks everyone!!
