What was everyone earning about 10 years ago and what are you earning today? 10 years ago I just finished my undergrad degree and was earning $10.50 an hour, today I'm earning $26.00 an hour. So I have made some progress, just not a lot of progress.

I am having 1.5 years of experience in RPA UiPath and total experience too and having a package of 7 with a monthly of 44k in hand.

Am I being underpaid, being highly skilled can I still get a better package?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
