I have received offer from Wipro which is little above than the offer that I am holding but fixed pay is less. Thinking of rejecting Wipro offer. Is it better to reject or accept and then not join. Also if I reject, will there be any issue like they won't consider me in future?Tata Consultancy Wipro Cognizant Infosys

2014 - $155k, 2024 - $350k.
Not huge growth. I’m a working mom and I prioritized flexibility, stability, and good hours, low travel over chasing $$. Had 2 kids over the past decade, took career breaks to stay home with both my kids. I’m happy where I am and I’m able to WLB work and my young family
Any tips for how to make career growth happen in our space? I started in compliance in 2017 @ $60k and 7 years later I’m @$125k. I went from super large BD+IA to a small IA to make a 35% salary jump. Is it the type of work? I’m doing annual policy reviews, testing, AML, audit responses, I just started on COE work. I have a BS & 4 FINRA licenses. Can you recommend a path to that kind of salary progress? Our deputy CCO is at $200k so I think our ceiling is on the lower end. I’d appreciate any tips!!
2014 —> $225K
2024 —> $900K
$15 bucks an hour in construction at 18 to $70-$75 an hour (salaried) in advisory at an accounting firm
Like $13/hour working in a restaurant kitchen. Total comp is now around 175k/year or so in Federal Tech consulting
$67k —> $500k+
Same here, went from bachelors in commercial real estate risk to Quant Modeling for investment banks. Easy 10x in the past decade. 2013 to 2023. Well I guess a bit lower for me since I started around $40k and now I’m at $650
$120k US 2014 - $900k+ ! 2024
I had two careers - my consulting career took me about 12 years from manager to get partner. I did bounce across a few countries as well.
30k EUR before taxes yearly (in Europe) 10 years ago

Joined my current firm 10yr ago. Was making around $300k when I left my old firm, now at $1M+.
Nah, no swagger, it’s been a long and challenging road.

$20 an hour doing construction while finishing up college. Now about $450k
I went backwards. Ten years ago I was at 130k, today I’m at 80k. Laid off in 2021, returned to school to complete my BA in software development, started a new career at 50 years old. However, I can say that I started my junior position at 70k one year ago and after annual merit and MSA, I’m now at 80k. I’m hoping to be back to six figures over the next 3-5 years.
Tax accountant...$118,000 then, $310,000 now.
10 years ago I had just graduated college and made nothing. Now I make $225k+. In another 10 I want to be making double, but I also want to be getting ready to retire early.
$55K now $126K
$9/hr in undergrad - 2017
$50/hr (104k salary) - 2024
10 years ago minimum wage was 7.50/hr, so that. Today I make 150k + 10% bonus. God is good, I definitely take that for granted 🙏
70k -> 183k
10 years ago I was making $13 bucks an hour as a Teaching Assistant. Now I’m making $230K /year as a Senior Manager in consulting
Uhh I was probably making like ~14 an hour maybe, now at $67. Very fortunate and played my cards right getting into the specialty that I did
