That was bull’s holy sh** . He is saying up frontly that you decide your career path by joining coffee connect, build the network, visibility. I am tired of all this.. if you are already great work and your manager knows this, this should be responsibility of your managers to highlight. I understand visibility matters but you cannot hold someone on same level for years
