What was your path to a S&T role? Have you always been in one, or did you come from something else previously (IB, MO/BO, etc.)?

Does anyone know if it's possible to move from tech sales to strategy planning? I am a young professional and mostly have background in sales and account management but I do have an econmics and finance degree which could be helpful to move into more technical roles like strategy and operations.

I like to apply for Product Manager roles at Amazon since I like the role. I have done front office CRM (SAP) implementations for Fortune50 clients through Accenture.
It is more of sitting with users to understand their process and map it to CRM suite and build additional features to map their specific processes.
I have also worked on sales, BD and functional spec creation for new features.
Can I count these as Product Management experience while applying for Amazon or other Faangmula?

I've recently went to a restaurant and saw a robot waiter, I thought that was the coolest thing. What do you all feel about this shift in the restaurant industry?

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again. I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that they have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later?
