Are you aware of the CPA exam credit extension to 2021 for NY CPA candidates impacted by COVID19? It’s on a person-by-person basis and you need to request the extension. Has anyone tried doing this yet? Can anyone shine more light on this? Got an agent and she was useless for finding good tenants. Got frustrated and finally started finding leads myself and closing on one soon. I have been searching for a travel card for months. I am a young guy who is looking to take advantage of credit and earn points at the same time. Cap One just released an interesting new premium travel card with a lot of seemingly good perks (Venture X). I also looked at the CSP and the Southwest Priority card. My girlfriends family has Southwest and swear by it, with companion pass being the differentiator. I am in the DMV area and have mostly flown Jet Blue or Southwest. Any thoughts on this?

Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. Specifically said yellow. Hotel calls me a private lux SUV and the driver got out of the car to handshake the man who called and said hi (honestly money couldve been passed). I then get hit with a $180 ride. Marriott website says taxi should be $65. Should I complain or let it go?
