I don't think they're calling you a liar. It just seems like you're trying to brag about your salary by saying you're standing up for ibm "don't know why ibm gets shit" and "I'm unique in a way". There are unique people with unique salary progressions in every firm so ... it was pretty irrelevant to OP of the common base progression question.
You know you're going to get a ton of ppl saying location, practice area, blah blah
Thank you EY3! IBM1, not really... if you checked this app out in the past week you would've noticed that. The bases are pretty much in line with the rest of the big 4 for the most part though. I've noticed IBM and Accenture definitely give high salaries for their first years but the increases aren't as good.
How is that a 50% salary increase? What's the yearly progression from straight out of undergrad to your level right now?
So you have no facts to back up your numbers? Maybe IBM is actually a consulting force to be reckoned with?
Assume high COL in PI. Are there different salary bands for FSO? I'm sure that's the case for Risk, TAS and the audit practices.
Can't comment on PI, IAAS is a world of its own

SC1 - That's not entirely accurate and doesn't have the sub levels listed
What was your salary progression out of undergrad?
IBM doing some dick measuring 😂
Are these PI numbers?
WTB IBM on that list Kthx 😭
A1, I just made estimates for them assuming a 10-15% yearly raise
Thanks op.. this helps on knowing what to expect as an exp hire
How many years of experience is an SR3?
Joining straight out of undergrad, they would typically start as a S3 after 4 full years of working (as ordered in my original post). It's extremely common for all firms to downgrade a level though. Please bear in mind I posted this because I was wondering if those are accurate figures... I'm still fairly junior so I can't confirm any of this.
Thanks OP bless up.
That's the timeline that I thought your post was but wanted to confirm. You tha bomb.com
They can also re-adjust salaries as they start to hire externally
Negotiated for that twice
