What’s an expected salary range for senior consultant or first year manager (4 YOE) at a mid market firm, in IT risk advisory, LCOL (Texas)?

Is it worth joining Accenture Strategy as a Consultant (L9) with 6 YoE? How is the quality of projects ? What is work life balance like? How about base salary, bonus, perks?

Recently inquired about P&T opportunities, heard that P&T is moving to a cohort model but I haven't seen any updates on the spreadsheets? Can someone let me know what the salary expectations are for Associates and Senior Associates?

I have declared my investments in tax declaration portal , still I see in monthly salary that there is huge tax deduction.
In my previous organization, once I declared my investments in the tax portal , then my salary was very less affected by tax deduction.
But in ey india , I don't see any effect after declaring my investments.

For the NJ folks who work in NYC - my potential new employer has offices in both NJ and NYC. The NJ office is a 1.5 hour drive vs. NYC ~40 min commute via train. “Experienced Hire” with 7 years of advisory technology consulting. Possibly looking to switch firms. Have no idea if I’m in the range, over or under market level on comp. What’s a good going rate for base plus bonus range? Currently 150k base with about 25 in bonus, but the bonus has accelerators which puts me closer to 180/190 in total comp.
