What’s comp like in the LMM for IB at the Analyst and Associate level?

Deloitte India vs Deloitte USI.
Please answer if you have worked for both and have significant first hand experience about the difference in WLB, annual hikes, work culture, any other observations.
I see a lot in of this same discussion but very confusing and repetitive answers.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

What would be a typical salary for a junior in house counsel role (3 yoe) at a publicly traded company in a secondary market (think Austin, Tampa, Charlotte)? I’m having a really hard time finding what a reasonable range would be. Most positions I’m applying to require desired salary in the application, and the truth is I’d accept anything north of 125k but don’t want to undersell myself and take a bigger cut than necessary coming from biglaw.

Have technical interview (pen and paper only) coming up with a BB, can anyone offer advice/resources/suggested way to practice?

I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens. I’m extra worried because it doesn’t seem there’s IB analyst positions out there. Im really hoping come January more positions come up but I’m just praying they don’t fire me until then. Anyone have general tips for this situation?

I’m a new analyst at an IB group. I’ve felt that I’ve done well my first month or two and delivered higher quality work, but I feel that lately I’ve been slipping up the past few weeks given the intensity of the deal as well as having multiple peripheral work streams. What are realistic expectations for 3rd Year Analyst / Direct Promote Associate bonus range at a BB? Note that at MS, 2nd year bonuses in my group last year were 90-115K, while MBA associates received a pro-rated 90K stub (~40k).
