5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs
Tech= aws devops
I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. Please provide your valuable insights.

I switched 20 days back to Optum. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
I don't like working here at all, but I am not sure whether moving out again in a month will give bad Impression on my resume. Hence please give me advice on this situation

Trying from all resources including Naukri ,LinkedIn,instahyre and many more ways includeind sending mail to the recruiters.
But not getting any desired role or company . Makes me feel disheartened,feels like will have to wait a very long to get something desired.

Skill: functional,manual,API testing .

So I left my medical interpreter job back in February due to differences with management and I’m working to make the jump to another field such as Higher Ed and/or Tech.
