Prunes!!!
They are lovely for 18 months, and then absolutely impossible for a couple of years before they magical transform into the center of your life.
Oh, and then the advise I got: “they are all different, so don’t plan too much”
Whoever coined “terrible twos” wasn’t feeling so clever about the threes.
All it takes is for you to say the wrong thing once for them to repeat it endlessly for weeks
Try Fair Life whole or 2% milk - little guy might have a lactose issue
Pediatrician gave us a miralax supplement, works 50% of the time!
Don’t know about your kids, but mine didn’t come with a manual. What other things am I in for that my “friends” never told me about?
Once you switch to solid foods the poops will smell terrible.
Once your kid starts walking your life will change. Not for the better!
Just wait until he decides to switch day and night for his sleep patterns. That was always fun.
15’ish
They can actually get so nervous they pass out. I thought my kid was knocked unconscious in the shower but he was so nervous about slipping I picked him up and then he passed out anyway. Was a crazy stream of events.
Wow! I wouldn’t know how to handle that. Glad he’s got you!
Are you me? Same my little man was in so much pain due to constipation when we started solids at 9 months, after trying a million things this worked for us like a charm
Prunes work best! But also fresh melons. Our little one has been eating since 4-5 months and since dropping breast milk frequency, has always had to strain a lot! Sometimes I help push his legs to his stomach to help poo, but honestly lots of water during the day, prunes and melons has made him go from pooing once every 3 days to 3 times a day. Lots of any kind of fruit will help, whatever they fancy
prune or pear juice. If they’re just starting solids try baby oatmeal not the rice cereal.
I have heard Potty Training is a nightmare
Depends on the kid. My 5 y/o daughter never once had an accident, and suddenly figured out potty training a bit after age 3 after a long evening in which we had her sit on a plastic portable potty until she went.
Prune juice and gripe water
