RPA development is becoming commoditized and does not command top-dollar, in my experience. As a consultant performing Business Analyst, Project Management and Stakeholder Management activities, I was paid from $90-120K. Range depends on the firm and region. Hope this helps.

Saw this from a RPA focused recruiter on LinkedIn: RPA Business Analyst - $90-$130k RPA Developer -$90-$130k RPA Project manager - $110-$150 RPA Architect $120 -$160 Hope this data is of value in your decision making.

Geniuses can you please share some ideas/creative ways to track the following.. Case: have around 25 companies and associated info. Part of that info includes company contact point info (name, email) each company may have 1-8 contacts. Contacts change frequently. Ideally I’d like my columns to be |comp name | contact name| contact email |etc, but the issue is I need to track when people leave a company, can’t delete the data. Rn I have 1 sheet holding comp info, another, contact info.

Just promoted to M1 in Michigan. Base salary is now $88,300 (+4% bonus of $3k for total of $91,300). Wondering how this compares to others out there, and if I should be happy or disappointed, lol.

Got an offer for a VP role at a Texas based LMM fund ($300m AUM). It has both deal team and ops team components, there is no formal ops team. Thinking the comp is under market, thoughts? $170k base, 50-75% bonus, carry % still tbd.

Due to some room mate shifting I am going to shift from paying 900 a month to about 1300. Only other option was getting a single for 1400, I live in a low cost of living city so didn’t think getting a studio would be worth it consider I work from home. Total compensation will be just other 90k this year. Any tips for making sure I stay on the FIRE PATH? Concerned that I’m now forking over an extra 5k after tax in rent and realizing that losing potential room mates has huge financial implication

What's the norm for consulting firms during a shutdown? Do people on non funded projects usually get furloughed or kept on? Asking because I've been at a bigger firm that kept everyone on during the last shutdown, but I'm at a much smaller company now that is going to furlough on a project by project basis (if your project is shutdown, you get furloughed). Honest question: when you see a job listing like so, is your reaction... A. Good for them insisting on BIPOC; this industry needs more diversity & hiring the same middle aged white folks doesn't cut it anymore. or B. YES, every agency/brand should champion diversity but is it fair, right or even "legal" to overtly dissuade white people from applying? Can't they just "hire the best candidate" regardless of race/gender/etc? I get B but I'm team A because the 2nd ? in B hasn't exactly..worked.
