Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

You weren't yourself because you were hungry. Eat a snickers. You'll ace it.
It was technically on him, but totally on me that I didn’t notice what was happening while it was happening and find a way to interject my 3 key points before time was up. It was a big learning for me. I did follow-up with a perfect email, but by that point I didn’t really even want the job anymore and I just let it fizzle. I’ll yell it from the rooftop to anyone that needs to learn from my mistake— have 3 succinct selling points about yourself that you get across no matter what. You have to know how to pivot if you get a bad interviewer because at the end of the day, they still make a judgment call on you. (And you don’t get points for fawning over their kid’s college choice!!! Oddly enough.)
Put on a banger and have a little dance party before your interview. You got this.
Believe that the interviewer is rooting for you. They’re putting a lot of time and effort into interviewing people and they’re hoping this next one—you—will be the one that will cinch the deal. That’s always helped me.
Really good point. I’ve never thought about it this way, but you’re so right.
Remember you're the #1 expert on yourself. No one else can speak as thoroughly on your thought process and experience. Believe that they're interested in what you have to say rather than what you're supposed to say.
Thanks VPSS1! Great approach
Shake it off. Don't let one ruin your confidence. Maybe do a few practice interviews first to see if you can get back in the groove.
You shouldn’t blame yourself for what happened in 2020, it was tough time for everyone. Just be confident, go through the job description carefully, freshen up your skills and you’ll be good to go.
It really was so bad during that initial shelter in place. Things aren’t great now still, but no comparison to the beginning when we were not allowed to leave the house and were questioning if we had to wash groceries 🤯 Thanks for the pep talk, CS1.
Practicing and role playing before the interview itself. Recite and practice aloud how to respond to common interview questions; and take the time to think through projects/job duties/wins/losses at your previous roles so that you have already given thought to questions that will get asked—these two things helped me immensely. Sounds like a no-brainer but this prep beforehand is key.
I will!!
