Guys, my friend had her last working day last week and she thinks she forgot to fill her timesheet for her last 2 days before handing over the laptop. What can be the consequences of this? She is really worried about this
P.S she belongs to a back end team serving the firm internally charging time on only one code.

Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

Negotiated a roughly 30% base comp increase via bringing a competitor’s job offer to my leadership. Which imo is the best way to get an internal comp boost, if you’re good and worth keeping. If not, be ready to jump ship!
Yeah I got a 40% raise switching to the position I’m in now. Have had regular raises the last few years (5%, 11%, 7%) so I’m nearly double the salary at my old employer now.
100K but I had to get my MBA lol
First increase, my manager went to bat for me and sold my value to leadership. Then once I started applying to leadership positions, I sold my own value. They hired me for my value not my paper skills. This allowed me to negotiate outside the posted range twice.
I asked for a $1.50/hour increase, a company phone, and spot by the window when I was offered service coordinator from a basic admin role. At first, they offered with no increase, and I said no 😅 but they really wanted to restructure and gave me everything I asked for.
