Hello Fishers, need your help to finalize my decision.
I have 5 YOE and I have done a full-time MBA. I am currently working with one of the product organizations as a business analyst. TIAA offering 17 LPA Fixed (Including PF) against 1 counter offer I had of 15.6 LPA Fixed.
My CCTC is 9.35 LPA so should I ask for more here? Also, how are work culture and policies considering I will be part of the BA profile?

McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

I used Darden case book. I would say they are on page with what you will get. However, when you get the invite, they will give you access to cases. So you will have many more of various levels. The key to getting better at casing is your partner. They must be willing to work the whole case beforehand making notes of the highpoints on which they are supposed to key, and be able to give good feedback. Some if that maybe interrupting in the moment to point out something rather than wait until the end.
Do read a lot of cases and map out an approach to solve it . You don't have to work them all, but layout the beginning. And go through every type so you know what kind of math is needed. None of this math is hard, but it may be stuff you have not done in years. Relearn it all, so you know it cold.
Rank-ordered (just my opinion)
Tuck > Darden > Fuqua > Kellogg > Wharton > Everyone else

Rank order for what, their case books? You know as a percentage of student population ( not tota numbers), Darden places more than most of the M7.
I forgot what format is Darden… liked hbs and Berkeley in particular
