Means different things at different agencies. At ours it's entry level - right out of school. Usually maxes mid-40s. If you're in the role for more than a couple of years there's usually a problem so people don't tend to have many steps at that level.

It's always borderline entry level. It's a low ranking position regardless. I was an account coordinator and then an assistant account executive, and then account executive, Sr AE, Account sup, group account sup, and soooo on....
