Hi All, I got an offer with Paypal. I'm 7 years experienced on Java, Full stack.

Base - 30 L
Variable - 3L (1.5L cash & 1.5 equity)
Sign on bonus - 2L for 1st year, 1L for 2nd year
Stock - 7.5L per year over three years

They have matched my other offer except I didn't get stock option in the other offer.
I see that with my same experience people are getting more Sign on bonus and RSU and even on the base pay. Is this a good package to join paypal ?

Is there a disparity between the SWE TC AND NETWORK ENGINEER TC? I see that SWEs with 2YOE in Google get TC ~45L INR.
However, It was told that 30L INR would be the highest possible value for a network engineer role with 2YOE. Is that a low or is that how the market scenario is?
How much salary can one expect/negotiate as a L3 NETWORK ENGINEER in Google? YOE: 2 CURRENT TC: 22L INR

I have been offered an Associate Role in PwC India with 10 LPA as fixed and 60k as Joining bonus. 1.90 lakhs in addition as the variable component. HR is saying that the variable component will not be there on the Salary structure, however, you will receive a letter after 3 months (probation period) regarding this.

I work my best when I am busy and have upcoming deadlines. It’s either procrastination or just short of it, but I never miss a deadline and clients/partners are consistently happy with my work. I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded. Anything I might have missed?
