Not sure how EY does it. I think Top rating is 5.

like

No bonus until you reach the senior level

like

If you're top rated raise could probably be around 12% - 15%

like

3 rating is about 7-8% was 7% for me but my group is small

like

Not sure if they give 5s to first years though or if that ranking is reserved for 2nd years being promoted to senior.

like

5 is the top rating

like

That being said, did EY change from the rating system yet?

like

Depends on your sub service line within advisory. Generally ive seen PI has better starting salary but Risk has higher raises

like

Ops, thank you

Thank you SS1^. Top rated = 4 stars?

Thank you EY2^

^thx

Yep we're not meant to be giving number ratings anymore in feedback

Top rating is 5 they do give them to Staff 1 but it's rare. I was rated 4 last year and pulled in 16% raise from staff 1 to staff 2.

Thank you EY4^

Some locations changed to 10 degree rating system and will not give you a rating. Everyone gets the same raise. Last year all staff 1 in one central office get 13%

WHAT 13% is insane

Yup

Higher than my 4 rating the previous year

They said that they'd adjust my salary for the PDM to PPD transfer. Currently at $71,800 with a strategic masters and 8 years of non-consulting experience. I feel like I am at the low end of the band and would like to feel like my salary will go up a reasonable amount, but am tired of the disappointment.
