I recently completed 2 rounds of interview with ORACLE, how much can i ask them, can i ask 12 LPA?

My CTC is 3 LPA
Holding Offer with 7.5 LPA from investment banking.
My EXP :- 2.6

Salary cut 20% first week the virus broke out, no bonuses this year, and it’s unlikely that we will get that 20% back. Good thing this was my first year and I earned all of 3 months of my salary. 😑
