What’s the salary gap moving from big4 mgmt consulting to big4 strategy for a comparative level (Monitor, Strategy&, EY-P, KPMG Strat). For example Grad (Mgmt Consult) vs. Grad (Strat); Senior Con vs Associate. Are they the same salary?

Guys what are the option to think of if I am planning to move out from EY .I work for Tax support (PAS-CES ) not sure which domain to apply if I am planning to move from EY. I've never worn a tie to work, but when I've worn clothing that had a more "masculine" fit either in grad school or some work environments, I've gotten comments and looks, or sometimes asked (or people gossiped) about my orientation. When I wear more "feminine"-looking clothing, I feel more more uncomfortable and awkward. 🤷🏼‍♀️
